Short answer: There are six ways to customize a hoodie. Printing (screen, DTF, vinyl, sublimation) is fastest and cheapest per piece, but sits on top of the fabric and wears with washing. Embroidery stitches the design into the fleece. Use print for events and big runs, machine embroidery for logos on uniforms, and hand embroidery for names, gifts and pieces people should keep for years.
"Customized hoodies" is a breakout search in India on Google Trends (Oct 2021 to Oct 2026), alongside "custom embroidered hoodies", the top search in the hoodie set. We only do one of the six methods below, hand embroidery, so we have tried to be fair to the other five.

- The design: a vector file for logos, clear text for names, with exact spelling.

Embroidery. Machine or hand, the thread is part of the fabric and does not crack or peel like print.
Can I customize just one hoodie?
Yes. DTF, vinyl and hand embroidery all work for single pieces. Screen printing needs larger runs to make sense.
Can a photo be embroidered on a hoodie?
